The CFO will have a staff of 29, responsible for all financial functions and activities, including budgeting, accounting, payroll, audits, and risk management; monitoring grant spending and deadlines; and overseeing SDHC’s investment portfolio. This executive-level position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of progressively responsible
experience with a public agency (i.e., city, county, housing authority, special district, or federal) with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
