The House recently released an updated version of the Fiscal Year 2026 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), which does not include the ROAD to Housing Act provisions that were part of the Senate-passed NDAA in October. CLPHA remains committed to working with Congress to advance comprehensive housing legislation that supports public housing authorities and the families they serve.
